Meet Rosie! Rosie is a one and a half-year-old intact Female Pit mix. She is a friendly girl who does well with leash walking, car rides, dogs and older children. Rosie had been passed from person to person so she will need a home that has the time to work with her and let her adjust to her new home. She is a super affectionate and playful pup and loves cookies! Rosie's adoption fee is $100, which will include having her spayed. Potential adopters must live in Winchester City, Frederick, Clarke, Shenandoah or Warren counties.
